Return Authorization (Within 1-2 Business Days):
Once the return request is received, our team will review it within 1-2 business days.
Customers will be provided with return authorization and instructions.
Return Shipping (Within 3-5 Business Days):
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse within 3-5 business days of receiving return authorization.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund (Within 7 Business Days):
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it within 7 business days.
If the item is in its original condition, a refund will be processed using the original payment method.
